Hong Kong Air Cargo’s smart office with Microsoft Office 365 enhances staff productivity and mobility

Hong Kong’s dynamic young cargo brand, Hong Kong Air Cargo (HKC) needed to set up a new office in a very short time, and was looking for a mobility solution to enhance their operational efficiency.

HKT provided a complete office relocation service including planning, implementation, and project management, together with a cloud-based PABX solution, a business broadband and private data services. HKT also suggested HKC to deploy Microsoft Office 365, to enable their staff to access and edit documents anytime, anywhere on any device. In addition to providing technical consultancy, HKT helped to ensure a seamless migration of email services to Microsoft Office 365, and successfully offloaded HKC’s IT workload by providing staff training with on-going hotline services for end users.
