Empowering Centaline’s true mobility workforce with integrated fixed and mobile communication

Leading property agency group Centaline is always at the cutting edge when utilizing new technology to enhance their business. They were one of the first property agencies to provide online apartment viewing services in Hong Kong.

To help them, Centaline developed an app in-house called “Centaline A+”. The new app enables their agents to access the latest property information and work with both buyers and sellers in a faster and more efficient way.

After joining forces with HKT, the Centaline A+ app is the first property agent app leveraging both integrated fixed network and mobile communication technologies, so that agents only need to press one button on the app to call customers or pick up calls on their mobile while displaying Centaline’s corporate number. This means they never miss a call, and can always maintain a professional corporate image.
