重要事項
- 現有1O1O商業客戶/特選企業員工客戶:
- 現有客戶預先登記適用於1O1O號碼,須選用 / 續約指定1O1O服務計劃及指定承諾期。
- 每位現有1O1O號碼只限預先登記1部指定5G手機。
- 新號碼/攜號轉台客戶:
- 每名新登記客戶以香港身份證號碼計算最多可預先登記2部指定5G手機,或每名新登記客戶以有效之商業登記證號碼計算最多可預先登記10部指定5G手機。我們將根據您成功提交有效預先登記的時間而按先後次序處理您的登記。
Important Notice
- Existing 1O1O Corporate Customer/ Corporate Employee Customer:
- Preordering is applicable to existing 1O1O numbers (any 1O1O number).
- Each 1O1O number holder is entitled to preorder one Designated 5G handset only. The existing customer queue will run according to order of service contract expiry date.
- Port-in/new Customer:
- In the case of new or port-in numbers, each Hong Kong Identity Card entitles the holder to preorder a maximum of two Designated 5G handsets, while each business registration number entitles the holder to preorder a maximum of 10 Designated 5G handsets. We will arrange collection on a first-come-first-served basis, as soon as stock becomes available.

Terms and Conditions
- Stock allocation is subject to availability.
- Transfers of pre-order status or entitlement to third party (whether person or entity) are strictly prohibited.
- You may cancel your pre-order registration at any time before payment without in incurring any cost or liability.
- No other promotions, offers or discounts are applicable with this pre-order registration.
- Priority in the queue are determined by the following mechanisms:
- For new customers, the priority of processing your pre-order will be subject to the time of your submission of a valid registration.
- For existing customers, the priority of processing your pre-order will be in order of the expiry of your service contract and the time of your submission of a valid registration.
- Once a pre-order registration is submitted, no changes will be allowed. Any subsequent changes in your pre-order will be regarded as a new pre-order registration and your previous status in the queue shall be reset accordingly.
- Upon submission of your pre-order registration, you will receive a system-generated notice via SMS acknowledging receipt of submission. We will update you on your pre-registration status via SMS or phone once your pre-order registration is verified and confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are submitted accurately.
- You must collect the handset from the designated store in person within the timeframe as specified in our notification. Failure of which shall be deemed as forfeiture of your pre-order.
- No standalone handset purchase will be allowed.
- We reserve the right to change the method of collection at any time with notice.
- You are required to commit to a designated 1O1O Service Plan and designated value-added service(s) for a Commitment Period of 24 months for each Flagship iPhone. You are required to pay $18 per month MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee. Monthly service charges must be settled by bank direct debit or credit card autopay and prepayment must be settled by cash or credit card payment. Prepayment amount will be rebated into your 1O1O account by monthly installments during the Commitment Period.

- For in-store collection of Flagship iPhone, we will activate the handset for you at the point of collection. For delivery orders, your Flagship iPhone will be pre-activated before delivery. Upon activation, the handset cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We reserve the right and the absolute discretion to terminate or change procedure of this pre-order registration, the pricing of the handset, the designated 1O1O Service Plan and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and binding.
- In the event of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and the English version, the latter shall prevail.
條款及細則
- 預訂及派貨安排是受庫存情況決定。
- 已提交之預訂不能轉讓予他人或其他單位。
- 您可以在付款前任何時候撤銷預訂,並不牽涉任何構成費用或責任。
- 所有其他推廣、優惠或折扣均不適用。
- 輪侯冊的先後次序之安排如下:
- 新號碼 / 攜號轉台: 我們將根據您成功提交有效預訂的時間而按先後次序處理您的登記。
- 現有客戶:現有客戶輪侯冊的先後次序會按其服務合約期到期日及根據您成功提交有效預訂的時間而按先後次序作排列。
- 當提交預訂後,不可更改任何資料。任何資料更改將會被視為重新提交新登記,並將根據您成功提交新預訂的時間而按先後次序處理您的登記。
- 客戶遞交預訂之申請後將會收到系統發出的短訊通知確認收到閣下之申請。當閣下的預訂申請被核實後,我們會再次透過短訊或電話通知確認閣下預訂申請成功。請確保閣下提供準確的聯絡電話號碼及電郵地址。
- 當您收到我們的到貨通知,您需於我們所指定的時間內及所指定的取貨地點親自提取iPhone,逾期不取馬上作取消論,我們有權將該iPhone轉售他人,恕不另行事先通知。
- 我們不會提供淨手機出售。
- 我們有權更改您選擇的領取方法。
- 您須選用/續約指定1O1O服務計劃、指定增值服務承諾期24個月及另須繳付每月$18港鐵/隧道/流動電話牌照/行政費(以每部iPhone計算),並以指定銀行戶口自動轉賬或指定信用卡自動轉賬繳付服務費用及以現金或信用咭付預繳(預繳金額視乎所選擇的iPhone及選用的服務計劃)。預繳金額將於承諾期內分期回贈至您的1O1O賬戶內。

- 於門市取貨之客戶檢查手機完畢後,我們會於店內即時啟動手機;而上門送貨客戶之手機則會在送貨前啟動。於手機成功啟動後,並不設任何手機退換服務。
- 我們有權隨時終止或更改此預訂、iPhone價格、指定1O1O服務計劃及 / 或本條款及細則,而不作另行事先通知。如有任何爭議,我們保留最終決定權。
- 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以英文版本為準。
